Act as the single point of control for FDA regulated studies, and ensure that all applicable Good Laboratory Practices are followed.Manage multiple studies and set priorities to ensure that projects are completed on time.Work independently to meet deadlines and communicate results to clients and their team members.Review samples and associated paperwork and sign protocols to initiate studies.Ensure that appropriate testing is carried out dependent on the clinical use of the test article.Effectively communicate with the quality assurance personnel, veterinarians and laboratory technicians during the course of a study.Create worksheets for laboratory tests for non-standard studies.Prepare submissions for Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) review and answer questions from the committee where applicable.Perform data audit, review and approval using Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).Prepare and finalize reports and communicate results to clients.Initiate investigations into any procedural deviations that occur during the course of the study.Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures and Process Documents

• Provide daily scheduling of the polish lab and wet lab resources, hold daily pass down with the team to discuss planned activities for the day and prioritize workload. • Provide reports on efficiency and performance of the lab to upper management on a monthly basis. • Host the Monthly Safety meeting and training, provide facility tours to visitors. • Review budgetary spending on a monthly basis and provide explanation for any over expenditures • Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives for future accomplishments, and provide input in hiring of new personnel• Review SPC charts for small volume products (SVM), Release products for customer shipments after reviewing charts, create certificate of analysis for finished products.

Provide leadership for the planning and execution of new development projects related to Tungsten Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) including setting and meeting timelines, design of experiments (DOE), data collection and analysis, and defining resource allocation needs.• Travel to customer sites delivering technical presentations, as well as provide onsite applications support as needed.• Provide product support and application training, and manage the product over it’s lifecycle from Beta site testing to production release working directly with the customer and manufacturing.
