As a Clinical Application Specialist with InterSystems UAE, I am responsible for analysis and processing client requirements alongside solution recommendations and ensuring that the clinical solution is implemented not only on time, but to the quality and consistency of InterSystems TrakCare Best in KLAS, Global (non-US) Acute Care EMR 2105/2016 and KLAS Category Leader, Middle East, Global (non US) Acute Care EMR 2015/2106 awards.I assisted with testing the system, training the client’s IT team, troubleshooting issues and all deployment activities. Responsibilities also included workflow analysis, knowledge transfers to the client, and providing support to the client and project teams to achieve optimal client satisfaction. Contributing to deployment activities, ranging from data collection, issue resolution and go-live support whilst working congruently with project management to ensure milestones are met, ensuring quality and consistency and working directly with our clients to design, build and implement clinical solutions focusing on Maternity/NICU and Allied Health Professional specialties. I maintain a high level of composure, professionalism and knowledge of hospital-wide clinical areas, such as clinical documentation and physician/hospital operations and workflows. Ensuring system compliance with local policies, providing clinical subject matter expertise and holding myself accountable within our team to achieve best practice outcomes for our clients are on my daily agenda. I have also partnered with InterSystems UAE executive and sales teams at customer client events and sales demonstrations of TrakCare.

As a Computer Applications Nurse within a multicultural multidisciplinary facility, I have had the opportunities for professional growth that has strengthened my effectiveness within Nursing Informatics enabling me to take on roles as ICIS representative to Women's Health and Child Health Divisions and Co-chair of the Nursing Informatics Council.
