I am a high‐performing, strategic‐thinking professional with 25 years’ human resources experience in the banking and insurance industries. I am well-versed in recruitment, employee development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership and employee development, HRIS systems, and human resources compliance. I have led both small and large teams of HR professionals and have a strong passion for providing a vision while empowering those I work with to make decisions and experience results from their efforts.
