Advantage Technical Resourcing, an operating unit of Advantage Resourcing, provides pre-screened, highly skilled contract professionals for customized IT Services. Responsibilities: -Execute full life cycle recruiting including but not limited to various technical skill sets focusing on Application Development, Software Engineering, Infrastructure Project Management and Business Analysts.-Source, screen, qualify, interview, test, track, provide applicant feedback, and conduct background checks, references, salary negotiation, and extending offers. -Responsible for submitting qualified candidates to customers based on a proper match of skills, qualifications and requirements. -Identify, develop, post and maintain an active candidate pipeline/database through recruitment sources including on-line job boards, websites, referral programs and other methods as appropriate. -Conduct all new contract employee orientations including enrollments and other required documentation. -Effectively interface and work in collaboration with Account Executives and Directors of Business Development to determine the specifics of a requirement, candidates and the search process. -Serve as the customer liaison in the Account Executive’s absence for responsibilities including, but not limited to, client calls, confirming offers, submitting resumes, entering requirements, etc.
