Able to create a user-friendly format for 700+ drivers and attendants and 52 Supervisors to all learn this new process in 3 months’ time. Set up leader and user training programs so that drivers and attendants could utilize the new automated processes easily. As we moved from a paper system to a Virtual System, we made improvements to the Virtual program. We were able to utilize this virtual process for 2 years. Team Operations Management: For student transportation we have many customers. Schools, parents, students, community members and most importantly my drivers and attendants. Built solid customer relationships with many students and all 7 of the schools served. Managed daily operations over the last 4 years via leadership, communications and relationships with that many customers. Managed daily operations of bus transportation addressing a myriad of people, vehicle and unforeseen challenges on a daily basis. Communicated with parents addressing concerns about bus issues and student behaviors. Communicated effectively with drivers and attendants to secure loyalty and daily flexibility to handle what needs to be done.
