I feel at home in many dimensions. Working for many years as a project manager in the business world I never forgot my roots in science at the university. Today I am working as a multi-facetted bodywork psychotherapist accompanying individuals and companies with my process work Becoming Essence.I would sum up my approach with “spiritual growing meets grounded nervous system”, combining a grounded understanding of the world with shamanic knowledge and profound know-how about trauma being a chance for growth.Born in the shadow of post-war Germany in the DDR, I have always lived in the clear self-perception of a “global citizen”. The discovery of the influence of trans-generational trauma and collective shadows on my own life was my key to a liberated life. In order to make this possible for other people, I trained myself over many years to become a holistic expert across a range of sectors.I'm remaining a passionate researcher. In the projects arising from the Becoming-Essence Feel & Think Tank together with my fellows we are exploring the essential conditions for a good life for all. The main research topics I am also covering in interviews and articles are trauma, shame and the conditions for a life in integrity. Located in the very south of Germany, close to Switzerland and France, my curiosity and the global orientation of my projects, such as Integrity For Future, keep me traveling the whole world. Perceiving myself as rather introvert by nature I nevertheless make myself available to speak at events and worldwide conferences to incite meaningful dialogues on the humanity that I see we can be.
