Project Management leader for a precision automation company which operates in multiple industries providing custom automated inspection and assembly solutions to our clients. Led PM strategic and organizational wide initiatives to support business infrastructure development. Oversaw a PM organization ranging from project/program managers, project services, technical writers, and document control with an average total portfolio value of $115M. Executive owner of the company’s security policies, as required by various customers including: Non-disclosure agreements, Intellectual Property protection, compliance auditing and ITAR restrictions. Also served as our contract review representative for all of our customer contracts.

Provide leadership to the Project Management function consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators and Document Control Specialists. Currently serving as the PM Council Lead, responsible for creating and delivering a company wide Project Management strategy in line with the corporate business plan, vision, and PMI methodologies. Accountable for the delivery, cost, schedule and scope, of over 60 projects valued at ~$50M annually. Executive representation for the division regarding commercial issues and customer satisfaction and interaction. Actively driving the development and continued improvement of the corporate project management toolsets such as P6 Primavera.

Developed Project Management strategy for the RR Energy business. Develop and manage PM processes, tools, goverance and people development. Currently leading the development of the PM functional development framework using industry competency baselines as the foundation which are flexible across our global business.

Managed multi-million dollar projects globally for our power generation customersin locations such as: Australia, Israel, Venezuela and the UAE. I was accountable for all aspects of project management related to these projects throughout their lifecycle including contract management and negotiation.

Worked on cost reduction projects using DMAIC principles related to inventory along with a new process development project in the R&D business using DMADV principles.

Represented RR Energy in the evaluation of Customer Relationship Management model beign considered for RR plc. Participated CRM strategy development and communication to the business on results.

Acted as the electrical engineering specialist for the Gas Generator, Fire and Gas, Acoustics and Lighting systems within our product. Contributed to the standardization of some of our systems along with development of such standards for the business.
