• Process new employee paperwork and coordinate with the payroll company• Welcome new employees to the organization by conducting orientation• Keeping RPM’s website up to date with employee data, etc.• Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records• Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data such as tracking Paid Time Off• Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data• Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.• Maintain quality service by following organization standards• Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops/webinars; reviewing publications.• Handling Workman Comp. injury reporting/follow up• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Assisting Land Developer, Realtor, Lenders, Title Companies and Attorneys to ensure expedient closing occurs on newly custom built condominiums.
