Taught Managing: Function, Role, and Responsibility, Career Planning, Career Strategies, and Human Resources Management in the MBA Program. Was academic internship advisor, served on committees, including the Admissions Committee. Taught Management and Behavior in the Executive Education and Middle Management programs. Taught in Managing for Results one week program. Held various other roles of responsibility for the school for 18 years.

Developed significant and progressive work culture changes aligning management and the workforce in GM plants. Designed extensive training with a participative management and team focus for all levels of management and for line workers. Prepared and supervised trainers and internal consultants critical to the work culture transition. Coached executives and managers.Researched, developed, taught and implemented a defining program for women as supervisors in plants throughout the US. Refined and taught program for implementation for men and women in all of GM Assembly Division plants. Consulted to seven GM Assembly divisions in plants on organizational effectiveness.
