I possess more than 25 years of experience in magazine and newsletter journalism, substantive editing, storytelling, copyediting, ghostwriting, and publishing, which was gleaned from serving as an editor of a monthly, award-winning magazine that was ranked first in its market as well as, concurrently, editor-in-chief of the bimonthly membership publication for a trade association with more than 35,000 members. I was also editor-in-chief of a show daily publication that was produced during an annual trade association convention listed in Trade Show News Network’s Top 250 U.S. Trade Shows.I have accumulated specialized experience at improving the clarity of edited materials and tailoring them for an intended audience; fact checking, interviewing subject-matter experts; using desktop publishing technology; preparing reports, responses to inquiries, letters, and other documents.
