I am responsible for generating customer certificates and maintaining trade secret and confidential product specifications, including revision control and record retention. I conduct a variety of audits (ISO9001, LPA's, product and capability) using multiple software tools. Where issues arise I raise corrective action reports and liaise with area managers to facilitate the successful closure of each corrective action.I have been able to transform several reporting systems by using my knowledge of Excel to streamline the customer reporting processes, reducing multiple data inputs and greatly improving the accuracy of the reporting system. I have modernised the material change log system, moving it online so that it is visible to stakeholders.
