Customer Account Manager, Midwest Territory Sales Team
CurrentMy personal goal, longevity and success has been to build effective working relationships with customers & co-workers to ensure a successful business and to promote customer retention and success. I enjoy providing professional client centered sales and services, from account signing, to retention, to review and negotiate pricing and total program guidelines for national and international customers. I'm responsible for managing and setting up customer programs and making modifications for new and existing customer orders and program maintenance and maintaining successful relationships with customers. Additionally I perform the following:- Creates new customer accounts, evaluates their technical capabilities, in order to establish their program, to include credit limits, logistics and account authorizations, invoicing protocols and approvals- Communicates with customers daily to promote new business sales, listen to the client’s needs and target opportunities to up-date additional programs.- Identifies opportunities to expand existing customer book of business, maintains and strengthens customer relationships- Evaluates sales proposals to align with policies and guidelines, advises Sales Managers of pricing and responsible to ensure pricing complies with applicable price structure. Completes and assures orders are invoiced as applicable.- Participates in corporate nationwide forecasts- sales targets, monthly all-sales meetings, as well as utilize SalesForce and implements policies and procedures to be more efficient and effective
