I was awarded a scholarship to attend the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). While there I performed experiments which quantified the percentage contact transfer (CT) of particles when contaminated and clean surfaces (e.g. clothing, upholstery, formica etc.) came in contact, with varied contact pressure and time.
