In addition she has led companies as the Vice President for curricular development, sales & marketing increasing revenue streams significantly. She has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with large urban school districts and state departments. As a national speaker and trainer, Ann is sought after to speak on topics including Remote Instruction for students with the most significant needs; Hybrid instruction, Teacher time management, Educational Program Improvement; Curriculum Adoption and Implementation; Universal Designs for Learning, Technology in Education, and Instructional Change for Classrooms: Practices / Beliefs / Expectations. Ann’s previous curricular developments were awarded Scholastic Best Teacher Pick of the Year, the CODIE Award for high quality educational software and the Association for Education Publishers special education curriculum award.
