Bayside Media is responsible for broadcasting video to livestream on the internet. It also produces a talk show program that is aired on a community chanel. The Bayside Photographers Group ensures that qood quality images are being produced and sourced to contribte to the overall communications within Bayside Church. I'm privileged to be involved in the following capacity:Media TV Director, Switcher, CCU, Photographer, Video and Music Editor.This position has allowed me to successfully lead a talented team. It draws upon my strong decision making skills to determine what is primarily being communicated on screen and on line at any given moment. In addition, my creative skills are required to piece together visuals that are compelling, tell a story, set the mood and project the overall image of the program being broadcast. I have to be adaptable to change, flexible and agile as it is not always the case that we have all camera operators being available when needed. Sometimes we have technical problems and issues that require analytical thinking and problem solving to analyse the situation and find a solution. I need to work with Technical staff and Producers to ensure that we always start our program and broadcasting on time with utmost precision.AchievementsSuccessfully directed a team of 4 camera operators, CCU controller and screen switcher who produce video footage that is broadcast on livestream each weekend. I've supported the Media Producer with video, audio and photo editing and published media and web content to the internet with excellent attention to detail and creative flair.

In this role I demonstrate the ability to contribute to a strong team environment and transfer knowledge. I assess business/client needs to ascertain the type of training delivery, consulting and communications that are required to service and meet those needs. I work collaboratively with all management, training, sales, systems and administration staff to ensure that they are given the adequate support required to service our clients.

Working at Boral, I was part of the Change Management Team. I was responsible for ensuring that the new Oracle Financials System was customised to suit business needs. I communicated with the business, systems analysts, technical experts and SME's to convert complex documents into user friendly procedures and training material. I was also responsible for ensuring that the change from the old financials system to the new system was implemented in accordance with the overall plan, timeframe and budget. Achievements:I produced quality user documentation and training materials in simple language from complex systems documents. I delivered quality training and supported 2500 users nationally for Boral. I was able to successfully lead the Boral team through the change and support them nationally.ANZ/Getronics - Business Analysis, Project Management, Training, Technical Writing, Web Design and DevelopmentWorking for Getronics on the Genie project, I ws responsible for ensuring that business needs were met regarding the delivery of a web based sales system that was being developed and designed by Getronics for the ANZ Bank. This system used leading edge technologies that were ahead of their time. I assisted Project Managers, Web Developers and IT Specialists in the overall front end design of the system. I conversed with, trained and collaborated with senior corporate management and stake holders to ensure that the system reflected the style, standard and image of the ANZ Bank.I was able to successfully produce user documentation and all relevant communications material as well as train ANZ staff on the system. In addition, I achieved highest web development award - “Propellor of the Month” for outstanding web development on the Interest Rates table

I contracted to BHP to deliver training in web design for their intranet system. The training was required to be delivered in accordance with overall BHP standards.
