Managing and overseeing Americano, Sandok, and Namsan outlets at the Foodcourt:• Preparing food of both hot and cold dishes, including but not limited to: preparation of sauces, stocks, dressings; marination of various meat• Handling of staff to maintain restaurant standards• Facilitating necessary training sessions to new and present staff members• Conducting daily mis en place• Securing HACCP practices are observed• Ensuring cleanliness of work stations and back-up and set-up of next operations• Overseeing quality of service is practiced for our patrons• Facilitating orders of food and non-food stocks• Manage staff of six (kitchen helpers and Cook 2,3), including but not limited to: scheduling, routine trainings, orientation• Handling three cooks, and three kitchen helpers
