TRG Reality is a full service commercial photography studio specializing in traditional photography, CGI imagery and video. Duties include: • Collaborate with photographers and clients to create images for catalog, direct mail, e-commerce and editorial purposes • Photo retouching, color correction (Lab, RGB, CMYK, PMS matching) of analog and digital files, compositing and scanning • Work with sales to estimate jobs and resources to ensure that jobs are completed on time and on budget • Organize junior staff, including training, scheduling work flow, managing deadlines and ensuring quality of work • Interview, hire and manage routing of work to freelance staff • Participate in test shoots with photographers to find solutions and head off problems that could arise on set • Design and produce internal self promotion pieces for the sales staff

Duties included: • Small set shot photography of the books • Photo direction of larger lifestyle photography • Photo editing, color correction and file prep for both web and offset printing • Catalog layout and typesetting • Press checks • Asset/database management
