The Master Data Analyst (MDA) is responsible for reviewing, validating and actioning all internal customer requests and queries associated with the maintenance of SAP vendor master data, in a timely and accurate manner (circa 400 tickets monthly across Hubbell’s 4 Business Lines).The MDA provides support to help streamline the global master data process. The MDA will interface with HUBS team members, SAP platform resources, and SAP R/3 end-users in the execution of his/her duties and responsibilities:• Evaluate and process/reject vendor setup/change requests and inquiries, according to established procedures, while ensuring the quality, integrity and confidentiality of vendor information;• Work directly with internal business partners to ensure data requests are complete and comply with company standards;• Analyse reports to ensure and protect the integrity of master data by eliminating duplicates/obsolete vendors;• Investigate and resolve data system issues and respond to inquiries related to vendor master and its functionality; • Assist with vendor management training materials and facilitate sessions as needed;• Contribute in the development of forms, procedures and work instructions. Identify data quality or process improvement opportunities;• Provide monthly stats for department based metrics;• Participate in projects with focus to increase effectiveness of vendor master data team.

• To work with the Retail & Purchasing Manager of the Shannon Duty Free Shop on their new system IVend Retail which came into existence following Shannon Airports split from the Dublin Airport Authority.•The main responsibility of the role was to analyse the data downloaded from the system and put corrections in place for upload, issues included duplicate Article Id’s and incorrect Barcodes. • Responsibility for looking at down town retail prices for example Debenhams, Brown Thomas and The Loop in Dublin Airport to ensure a benchmark price is in place and that the Shannon Duty Free is competitive to its customers.•Performed other ad hoc tasks as required by the Retail & Purchasing Manager such as raising Purchase Orders, gathering data for upload to the Ivend system in the event of it being a new item or an Item identified as needing to be amended.• Co-ordinated and supported activities within Retail and Stores as a complete refurbishment of the Shannon Duty Free were carried out.

• Analysed & processed the monthly, fortnightly and weekly payroll information with rotating responsibility for the Fortnightly, Directors, Executive, Ex-Gratia, ARI, DASL, Weekly and Terminal 2 payrolls which combined have a total of over 3600 employees.
