Responsible for the management and facilitation of all new store openings and relocations. Travel to sites to manage activities, processes, and programs associated with new store openings, renovations, downsizing, closing, and refresh. Ensures cost, logistical communications and business needs are met for each project. Central point of contact for Store Operations, Field and HQ and works with all key business partners to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues and improve the new store opening process.

Develops and enforces a sales culture by developing a strategic plan that: creates a store enviornment which provides a superior sales and customer experience; executes visual merchandising direction; and recruits, develops and retains a strong selling team.
