• Responsible for the strategic growth and development of the Slendertone, ReVive and BMR Beauty Series brands and products through strategic positioning and consistent communication strategies and tactics throughout all marketing initiatives including; print, TV, radio, home shopping and outdoor advertising.• Managed external relationships (agencies, vendors, partners, distributors) to develop and successfully execute programs and marketing projects, and negotiating with 3rd party vendors to secure services at optimal rates.• Developed, implemented and executed digital and social media plan for both the Slendertone and ReVive brands. Tactics and guidelines were established to increase brand and product exposure using blogs, Tumblr, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, banner ads, promotional specific landing pages, etc. A content calendar was utilized to work with Hootsuite to ensure all posts were made as scheduled.• Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of US ecommerce web site including content, imagery, videos, consumer experience and journey, Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital and social promotions. Worked closely with digital agency to identify best key words to target for PPC campaigns. Utilized Google Analytics to analyze traffic behaviors and identify weak areas in the site. • Worked directly with sales team to identify objectives, define vehicles and develop cost effective, ROI proven methods to improve in-store turns, help gain distribution and create and maintain account good will. Utilized such vehicles as in-store coupons, programs with Catalina, catalog placement, floor and shelf displays and mobile promotions with ShopKick.• Developed, reviewed, and edited all marketing materials such as sales tools, sales brochures, product presentations, success stories, web demos, and newsletters ensuring all outbound communications met product and overall corporate messaging, positioning, and branding efforts.
