Overall responsibility for VNA's services including Medicare Certified Home Health, Hospicce, Privatey duty, Community Health and Adult Day Center services. Responsible for overall administration and management of the VNA, including fiscal oversight, service programs, fundraising, donor relationships and business operations. Ensures for consistency in carrying out and achieving the mission and strategic objectives. Accountable for the overall financial, operational and strategic goals. Responsible for overall oversight of all programs, which include home health care, hospice, community-based programs and the adult day center. Builds relationships with community partners and providers to meet the needs of the agency and the community served. Advocates for legislative and regulatory issues which are in alignment with the organizational mission and health care needs of the community.

Responsible for the overall oversight of operations, fiscal management, strategizing for growth and clinical services of Medicare home health services in Hudson County. Establishing and building key relationships within the community. Ensures for the integration of evidence- based care into clinical practice. Focus areas included reducing Acute Care Hospitalizations through best practice programs, partnerships with hospitals and other community providers.

Responsible for the overall oversight of all clinical care and operations in home health, hospice and private duty services at the affiliate agency, Visiting Nurse and Hospice Services.
