- Led Creative Service and Mockup Service in Singapore to serve internal customers in SAEAO- Worked closely with internal marketing teams, sales, customer service and pre-print team to set up process and workflow for Mockup and Creative Service- Worked and organized the sourced image and mockup sample bank- Researched and contacted 15 suppliers for mockup materials- Tested, developed and executed new mockup materials (glue, paper, aluminium foil, printing machine)- Built and managed 3 suppliers relationship- Developed, maintained client database and issued invoices for clients- Built and maintained records and database regarding budget and costs- Trained and led mockup team (3 people) to increase their efficiency and productivity- Increased sales for mockup service (from around 1900 mockups in 2016 toaround 2400 mockups in 2017)- Coordinated the Cluster Design Manager in business planning, training and innovative projects- Supported HR team and Production team to design for internal events, templates, emails, presentations, marketing campaigns

- Supported Marketing teams to visualize concepts for marketing campaigns- Brainstormed concept design, visualize it on label based on marketing’s brief- Worked on projects from start to finish full package of logo, brand name, key visual, poster, banner, print ad, carton, digital mockup, final artwork- Worked closely with sales team to adapt designs for Point Of Sales Material- Briefed, coordinated and followed up outside agencies to complete marketing campaigns- Tested, checked and ensured the color printing of label with printing ink company- Supported HR team and Production team to design for internal events
