Ann is an Occupational Safety and Health Specialist for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. She is currently supporting the 777 Major Assembly and Panels & Spars programs. Ann was previously responsible for providing safety and industrial hygiene services for the Auburn site 17-45 building Advanced Developmental Center within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Fabrication Division. Ann has supported the Composite Manufacturing Center at Fredrickson Site and Skin and Spar operations in Auburn. Ann has completed temporary assignments at Fort Greely Ground Missile Defense (GMD) Program in Alaska and the Secure Borders Initiative Network (SBINET) in Tucson, Arizona. Ann led the effort to create an Employee Engagement Team. Ann sat on the Injury and Incident Free Leadership Team dedicated to creating an injury free workplace. Ann has been an active member of the Enterprise PMT for Respirator Protection Program. Ann's focus is to engage and empower managers and employees to continuously improve their safety efforts. Before joining Boeing, Ann worked as a mathematics and sciences teacher. Ann has twenty-two years experience in the safety and health field. Ann earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree in biology and Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from the University of Washington. Ann completed her Masters of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine. Ann is a certified industrial hygienist.
