My past experience with Concordia University involves all academic and administrative functions required to operate a successful adult education center. My center director responsibilities in Green Bay were to recruit, hire and train faculty and staff, advise students, manage the annual budget and marketing processes, communicate effectively at all levels and oversee all center operations. I retired from my center director position on April 1, 2018 and continue teaching online courses at Concordia.

Additional responsibilities included attending Education/Career Fairs, conducting information sessions and developing relationships with businesses and community members. Provided academic advising and coordinated computer needs of the center with our main campus Information Technology department. Accomplishments:Increased enrollment from 10 to 200 students with the support of one; Exceeded revenue goals for 10 consecutive years; while keeping expenses under budget.Positioned our Business Management major as the market leader by partnering with the local technical college and developing 63 Articulation Agreements.Expanded the operation to include a second location (Appleton Center) where enrollment increased to 100 students within a five year period.
