I've been assisting clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing engaged, honest, compassionate support, since 2006. I've worked in a variety of settings, including: psychiatric hospitals, schools, child welfare, community mental health & private practice; helping individuals and families cope with a variety of life's challenges, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship, and legal issues. I listen with an open mind, guiding people in using new ways of managing life's every day stressors, honoring their emotional, spiritual, and physical health. My goal is to work creatively toward building lives people are proud to take ownership of. Interventions: (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, (DBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
