When given an opportunity to enter a person's life, believing your impact can be a positive one helps frame how you proceed. In every job I have had, my attitude has been the cornerstone to my success.When providing high level customer service one must be unflappable, positive, and imbue confidence of one's ability to fix any situation. The skills acquired while working in customer service can be transferred to nearly every work situation. One must be knowledgeable of their company while also being a student in each consumer interaction. Solve the problem, please the customer, and keep the best interest of your organization in mind. This position requires the utmost flexibility and an innovative mind. As much as you know, there is always more to be learned. Currently I manage online customer service both via email and a live chat feature. I also make and receive phone calls. Some inquiries have ready made answers while others may require research, troubleshooting, and outside assistance. When I know how to fix a problem I do my best to be swift and attentive. When I don't know how to fix a problem I do not stop asking questions or researching until it is done. Every interaction with a customer is important and makes me better at my job going forward. I do everything at 100%, school included. I currently carry a 4.0 GPA.My life experiences have taken me around the country, allowed me to raise seven beautiful children, and pursue my bachelor's degree in my early 40s. In the beginning my choices always put my availability to my family first, and now my focus has shifted to my education and pursuit of a career that fills the space that fulltime motherhood vacated.Outside of work and school is my much loved family. I love watching as they grow, and sharing in their life experiences from college to military to starting their own families. We spend as much time as we can visiting with one another either virtually or in person, maintaining family group chats, and having heated sporting rivalries. Growing up in Wisconsin, my heart belongs outdoors. We spend a lot of time exploring the state parks in Texas and finding water to play in during the long Texas summer.I am excited to see where my degree can take me with my growing skill-set and deeper learning leading to new opportunities. Let's take this positive attitude on a new adventure!
