CurrentDelivery Partner (DP) managing global commercial contracts. Responsible for ensuring the people and resources are in place to meet contract terms. Managed contracts that included the following services:• Networking• Mainframe- Z/OS, CICS, DB2, PCM, CA7, • Intel support- Windows server, VMWare and Active Directory• UNIX• Oracle and SQL DBA• iSeries• Identity Access Management• SAN- multi cloud and private cloud environments. Managed teams of approximately 30 employees. Teams supported 1000+ Midrange virtual/physical servers, 4 z/OS LPARS totaling 500 MIPS, 200K GB tape (VTL and physical), 18+K DASD, VLAN, WAN, WLC’s, Infoblox services and more. Accomplishments include:• improved profitability by reducing costs and increasing revenue. • zero SLA misses• 100% green compliance posture• client survey scores of 10/10• all internal and external audits passedAs a service delivery manager I successfully managed small to complex sized projects while working through IBM’s PM certification program. Managed multiple delivery towers serving as a liaison between our client managers and our delivery teams. Was hired at IBM as an Intel System Administrator and promoted to Team lead within 1 year and promoted to a manager a year later.
