My journey in leadership development began in executive roles, expanding into consulting across sectors, including Australian and international sports organisations, government, professional services and the private sector. Across industries, I have worked on organisational development to build systems and make a difference to organisations, the community and people. My efforts in building pathways for succession, retaining top talent, and supporting business growth have culminated in enduring leadership alum programs and networks, some lasting for over a decade.
