I consider myself to be hard-working reliable and professional. I work to a high standard and work alongside my staff team to develop their skills and ensure best outcomes for children. I have worked in children's services as a front line social worker in assessment and long term work. I have managed early help teams and have also worked in the SW training team compiling training reports for team managers. I also wrote a succession planning report for Somerset social care.
