Our market level focus includes expense management, NOI, maintenance capital deployment.

Primary responsibilities included overseeing third party managers and leasing agents; reviewing and approving budgets, reporting, capital expenditures, leases and contracts. Participated in due diligence for acquisitions and strategic dispositions as the company rapidly grew.

Responsible for the physical and financial oversight of the Washington, DC Class A office portfolio, in excess of three million feet, managing several third party management partners. The last two years with Wells were spent with the Acquisitions team as a Senior Analyst, directly participating in closing over $500M of Class A real estate in the Boston.

The Simpson Organization, Inc. (TSO) owns and operates neighborhood and specialty retail centers and multi-tenant office buildings throughout the southeast. TSO provided the opportunity to enter the real estate industry at an entry level as an Administrative Director in 1990, progress to a Property Manager (1994) and eventually lead the Property Management.
