-Bachelor's degree in Economics-MSc in Operations Management and Control-Previous experience within service, travel and banking-International background: Hong Kong, Norway, FranceMy background with a bachelor’s in economics provides me with a foundation of seeing the bigger picture, and it helps me to see how changes in the market and new policies can affect an organisation. With my master’s degree, I can further apply this analytical skill within an organisation and its different units as well as its supply chain, and make a thorough analysis on how to handle these changes.I am constantly analyzing all aspects or my area, looking for ways to improve both myself and the business I am working in. This comes from a great interest in problem solving and a desire to keep challenging myself. This desire has brought me around the world as a traveler, an employee and as a student. It has also helped me to develop myself, both personally and professionally.In my consultancy position I've worked with companies such as Vattenfall and Volkswagen Group Sweden, as well as helping smaller businesses develop and improve their work within the fields of quality, environment and sustainability. I have both performed and led internal audits for the three ISO standards for quality, environment and H&S in order to find possibilities for improvements. I've had the chance to lead process development workshops, develop the sustainability report for Volkswagen Group Sweden as well as taken part of more IT focused projects to support the automation of the Vattenfall management systems with O365. In my current position as a Sustainability specialist at Keolis I've had the opportunity to deep dive into creating real business value connected to sustainability through double materiality analysis and incorporating it into our business strategy. I've had the opportunity recruit, lead and coordinate specialists in developing our systematic environmental work processes and I've helped our procurement team to elevate their routines and assessed sustainability risks in the value chain.
