Worked in a group of 10 persons on a rolling "5 shift" shedule - a team lead by a technican with 9 operators. At the time our team had resposibility for 3 SMD lines in full production 24-7 with goals set for every shift. We solved our problems, manned our stations and worked independent (no managers present at nights and weekends) Always aiming to reach the set production goal.I was responsible for 3 areas called "Ansvarsområden"Was chairwoman and requested and held meetings within each area.
