I have a broad experience from People and Culture/HR in managerial and executive positions, employed and self employed. I have been fortunate to experience a variety of companies and businesses in both highly automated specialist production as well as assembly production, product development, automotive retail and home furnishing retail. Since 2016 I have stayed in the automotive and construction business. Over the years I have been exposed to many international environments, different cultures and nationalities of the companies.
