We assist Trustees, Heads and Senior Administrators in Enrollment, Fundraising, Board Development and Strategic Planning.

Expanded Enrollment from 261 to 345 in 2011; Students of Color in attendance grew from 11% to 24%; Endowment has grown from $85,000 to $6.96 million; Added 19,000 square feet and renovated 85% of school buildings and fields; Revised faculty salary scale with annual evaluation and individual pay increases; Created programs in faculty mentoring and Fairchester Fellows for new teachers; Initiated Global Service and Study Programs including China, Ghana, Italy and Peru; Added Mandarin language through Advanced Placement; Expanded Arts and Athletic Programs with three NYSAIS championships and one Westchester Arts Council Award; Awarded four Edward E. Ford grants in 12 years, two Benedict Foundation grants, one Generoso Pope grant for Italian Cultural Studies, and $550,000 from the Plitt Charitable Trust; Founding Member School of Online School for Girls’ Consortium
