I offer consulting services to non-profit entities, primarily in the arts, on refining their mission, defining their objectives and developing action plans to bring their mission to life, grow their programs and visibility in their community, and evaluate their ability to achieve long-term sustainability. In my professional career I managed strategic initiative projects to bring them to life, and determined what it would take to 'right' others that had gone off-track, for three large institutions across a broad range of disciplines, each requiring developing new knowledge in order to execute them.

Advised the General Manager of the Subsidiary company at the request of the CEO of the parent company on market and distribution development until it was determined the business was not viable within the primary focus of BF&M as a domestic multi-line insurer in Bermuda. Served on the Board of the parent company and participated in the decision to sell the subsidiary company.

I joined Sun Life to start a subsidiary company in Bermuda to develop international offshore life insurance business. I spent 4 years in Bermuda bringing the company to life and profitability. After several years supporting its ongoing operation I took on another 'launch it' position to develop from scratch the anti-money laundering program for Sun Life in the U.S.

Over 15 years I assumed many positions beginning as a senior consultant in the Corporate Planning Department -- first project was to figure out why the company was out of space, and culminating at Vice President for Client Marketing, responsible for cross-selling, persistency, reporting on net growth of the business, and building a client data base across product lines.
