I started as a Customer Service Representative first for a retail account, where I handle inbound calls from new and current customers that require assistance regarding purchased products and delivery, and other concerns regarding the brand including documentation of the contact and transference of misrouted calls to the appropriate department of concern, and for a health care account, where I assist providers regarding a medical claim. After completing my probationary period of 6 months with an exceptional record, I was given the opportunity to be advanced in an administrative role in the Recruitment Department where I worked as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate. I am responsible for the management of the sourcing, recruitment, and selection process up until onboarding of candidates, and the management of the division's programs and activities. I execute marketing activities for current available roles, and conduct outbound calls to interested applicants and other administrative tasks.
