Provide regional support for employee life cycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, probation, resignation and terminationDrive and implement HR policies across the regionAct as the point of contact on policies, overtime, general enquiries and confidential mattersPartner with global HR business partners and shared services to ensure organizational effectiveness Develop and manage performance improvement plans in collaboration with line manager when necessary Lead and/or support HR projects aimed at improving processesProvide guidance on payroll mattersLiaise with external service provider on expatriate management and benefits administrationSupport global initiatives in collaboration with local management Maintain HR records and databases and ensure data integrity Generate reports to aid in decision making
