Prepared monthly reports on budget variances for corporate affiliate totaling over $9 million. Developed a weekly Labor distribution report. Showed red flag overages, then researched and resolved issues. Created and worked with accounts payable to set new donor files and validated distribution of checks in the general ledger system for recurring payments. Contacted accounts payable for invoices and payment schedules for back log issues. Worked with materials management and information system on sharing and resolving system problems.
