Responsible for Work ActivitiesProgram since September 2009Responsibilities include performing applicant screenings by interviewing applicants to determine eligibility for Agency Programs and maintain a caseload consisting of the following: Cash Assistance, Food Assistance (Food Stamps) , Medicaid (Healthy Start/ Healthy Families), Workforce Investment Act, Prevention , Retention, and Contingency emergency assistance(PRC), Help Me Grow.Assess, place and supervise clients in work experience locations for state required participation hours when approved for OWF (Cash) and Food Stamps.Monitor client timelogs, take appropriate action if non-compliant, update annual Work Participation contracts with worksites.Reorganized and instructed a TANF based program for individuals ordered by the courts to gain employment to start paying their court-ordered child support payments by class participation.Maintain monthly spreadsheets.Determine eligibility for assistance programs commensurate with current ORC and OAC policies.

- Responsibilities included: handling of special accounts, monthly sales commissions, updated yearly pricing disks, foreign sales including supervising foreign container shipments, inventory control, invoicing of sales for United Kingdom subsidiary, sales and shipments of Kennedy’s Kencraft gun cabinet line.- Sales and customer service coverage of the West Coast Region including interaction with West Coast sales team involving credit issues, inventory, pricing, delivery, order entry, and technical inquiries.
