Ann Vandenberg is an accomplished landman with extensive and diverse experience in the energy industry. Ann is currently Business Development Manager at Dorchester Minerals, L.P. (DMLP), a publicly traded partnership owning producing and non-producing crude oil and natural gas minerals, leasehold, royalty, overriding royalty and net profits. Ann is also Owner and Manager of Vandenberg Management & Consulting, LLC. Prior to Dorchester, Ann was Senior Landman at Petro Harvester Oil & Gas, LLC and was a key team member that developed the land department. Ann was the only in-house landman for Petro Harvester’s entire Southeastern District and EOR Division. Ann gained much of her broad experience in her 22 years at Dale Operating Company/Dale Resources, L.L.C., a small independent exploration and production company, where she began with the company performing oil and gas accounting and regulatory, and then later became a landman and established the land department over which she presided for more than 15 years. Ann has broad knowledge of many aspects of the energy business in addition to land management, including oil and gas accounting, regulatory issues, field operations, investor relations and legal matters. She has successfully managed and executed numerous land acquisition, divestiture and operational transactions.Ann is President of the Texas Energy Council, an energy-related nonprofit organization whose members include TIPRO, ADAM, SIPES and IPAA-North Texas. She was featured in D CEO magazine’s “The Rising Stars of Oil and Gas” and has been a radio guest on The Jacki Daily Show. Ann is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Dallas Association of Petroleum. In addition, she is Past President and current Board Advisor of the Women’s Energy Network, North Texas Chapter, an organization she co-founded in 2009.
