Ann joined Dorchester as a key team member in October, 2018 to bring ideas and broad past land management experience in order to increase efficiency and assist in managing their multi-state assets.

The Texas Energy Council (TEC) is a nonprofit, non partisan organization of professional and educational societies dedicated to serving the energy industry in Texas. The TEC was originally founded in 1988 as the Dallas Energy Council changed to the North Texas Energy Council in 1996, and changed to the Texas Energy Council in 2007. The membership is comprised of over 5000 members from these various organizations (Member Organizations). The Council is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The TEC provides a forum for all energy-related professional societies and educational institutions to communicate issues and transfer technology among its members and the general public. Its members include TIPRO, ADAM, SIPES, IPAA-North Texas and many others.

Petro Harvester is a privately held exploration and production company focused on oil properties in relatively mature producing areas in North America. Ann was a core member of a team that developed the land department. Ann helped successfully transact over $300 million in acquisitions in Petro Harvester's core production areas and was the sole in-house landman for the Southeastern and EOR Divisions, overseeing approximately 50,000 net acres, over 350 wells and numerous drill-site surface leases and right-of-ways.

Dale Operating Company is a privately-held oil and gas company based in Dallas, TX, established by Lawrence B. Dale in 1981. Its primary business is the acquisition, exploration, and production of oil and gas reserves, mainly in the United States. Ann established Dale's land department which grew to over 250 landmen by 2009 and helped Dale achieve the status as a leader in urban development. Ann successfully executed and managed numerous transactions including over 10 divestitures for Dale with gross proceeds exceeding $450 million. Ann also concurrently served as Contracts Consultant for Dale's new land services company, advising a key client of Dale's on over 150 complex drillsite and AMI contracts, as well as managing the client's division order title, curative and legal document drafts.

Its primary business is the acquisition, exploration, and production of oil and gas reserves, mainly in the United States. As Accounting Manager, Ann transacted the accounts payable, joint interest billing, and revenue distribution at the same time as serving concurrently as Regulatory Manager, where she was responsible for filing all State of Texas production reports, drilling and completion papers as well as severance tax filings. Ann also coordinated South Texas plugging and abandonment field operations as well as coordinated pipe shipments to Tunisia North Africa.

As Accounting Assistant, Ann worked under the VP of Finance where managed 23 cash accounts; reconciled accounts to the general ledger. Ann also prepared spreadsheets and quarterly financial statements.

As Engineering Technician, Ann assisted the Vice President of Engineering in coordinating field operations. Ann also generated drilling proposals and filed all State of Texas production reports.
