● PCS subject matter expert focused on the build for Nursing in Medicine inclusive of Standards of Care (SOC), Interventions, Status Boards, protocols, & nursing orderable interventions across multiple facilities.● Worked on quality and build projects for the Medicine team including assessment of paper standards of care and build requirement; a project to assess new and existing role validation; and external links for providers and nursing.

● Served as Oncology project process lead for the implementation of Oncology on the EXPANSE 2.2 environment.● Facilitated a multi-disciplinary team in the development and the style guide for the build standards to implement the Oncology module inclusive of build of testing of treatment plans and the plan for managing clinical trials.● Worked collaboratively with the Ambulatory team on integration points for the build of orders, order sets, health management, survivorship, and the ambulatory and acute hold queue.● Responsible for the process redesign with the conversion from ARIA Oncology to MEDITECH 2.2.

● Served as the Oncology consultant project manager for the conversion from another vendor Oncology system to MEDITECH oncology on the client/server platform.● Worked with a multi-disciplinary team primarily focused on system standardization and Treatment Plan build in testing (250+ plans in total).● Developed a Cutover Strategy recommendation for oncology leadership to facilitate the plan/process to cutover over treatment plans to the LIVE environment.

● Served as Project Manager for the implementation of the Physician Care Manager (PCM) application with provider order entry (POM). In this role, performed a CPOE readiness assessment and gap analysis to enable successful implementation and rollout plan for CPOE/PCM combined.

● Served as interim clinical applications manager for a team of 10 FTE's, project manager for the rollout of Provider Order Entry (POM) and the Emergency Department system (EDM).

● Served as project manager for implementation of Provider Order Management (POM), PCS, eMAR with bedside verification (BV) on the long-term care (LTC) platform

● Revitalized a failed implementation of CPOE on the beta version of the CPOE software developed by MEDITECH at the request of Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) in Manchester, CT. Forged a strategic development relationship with MEDITECH resulting in significant enhancements to the core CPOE application and other new modules such as the 1st Nursing Status Board released in version 5.4 of the MAGIC platform. After failing to adopt CPOE initially, ECHN achieved 98% physician adoption with CPOE.

● Served as Team Leader for a project office responsible for the development of IT strategic & tactical planning & execution of the implementation of large scale, strategic initiatives.● Served as Project Lead for the conversion of SUNQUEST (now MISYS) Lab System to a MEDITECH Laboratory Information System as part of a large-scale post-merger integration initiative. ● Developed the requirements and implementation plan for a $28.5 million emergency room and trauma center expansion project.
