• Inbound Handling: Coordination and offloading of goods from the trucks with pre- receipt Inspection.• Claim reporting in case of any non-conformity to warehouse manager.• Goods Receipt in SAP-ERP system for stock (LPG) and non-stock items.• Maintain Proper Storage locations, labeling and binning system.• Conduct Regular Cycle / Stock counts in collaboration with warehouse coordinator.• Outbound Handling: Ensure accurate dispatch of goods from the warehouse and maintain proof of delivery filing.• Non-Core purchases for stationery and logistics service providers.• Matching of the financial documents (PO, GRN, delivery note/invoice) before dispatching to finance for payment to be done. • Following-up with Procurement on the pending invoices for the goods received without an Invoice to ensure completeness of the process. • Recording and weekly updating the pending invoices from supplier to ensure procurement closes on the same.• Perform daily analysis of fuel consumption to predict potential theft or syphoning.• In charge of fuel cards and fueling of trucks and management fleet.• Manage efficiently stock movement. Receive orders and dispatch stock to depots in a timely manner.
