I assist the department chair with budget, faculty hiring processes, preparation of correspondences, course scheduling, and facility management of repairs and updates. I serve as the department approver in Ignite. Arrange travel and hotel reservations for all department guests. Assist the four division directors, graduate program director, and remaining faculty with other manners as needed. I serve as a committee member on Administrative Associate staff searches as necessary. Each semester, I supervise between 12 and 15 student workers. I provide free notary services to anyone on the Baylor University campus. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Provided backup to manager, supervised lifeguards, handled daily operations as required, and ensured a fun, safe environment for customers, as well as teaching water aerobics and swimming lessons to children.

Taught three courses each of Texas and United States History and one Accelerated Reader class.
