Staff Management including recruitment, coaching, performance management and discipline, leadership, networking, customer service, reporting, setting and monitoring KPIs. Provide information and strategic advice on enterprise bargaining, employment policies and procedures, performance management, managing ill and injured workers, redundancy management, termination of employment, unfair dismissal and general protections legislation, and interpretation of industrial relations legislation including awards, Fair Work Act, workers compensation , work health and safety, EEO and long service leave legislation.
