With deep expertise in the residential mortgage space, I am a strategic leader with a history of driving business innovation and transformation. Internal and external forces are combining to upend and reshape the industry. From nonbank and nonqualified lenders entering the market to next-generation servicers that leverage digital technologies to streamline the entire mortgage lending value chain, the sector is in flux and continues to transform. As the industry evolves, I continue to serve as a strategic leader, providing the data, analysis, and supporting information to drive business transformation. In my current role with Freddie Mac, I lead loan processing and compliance underwriting and vendor and remedy management teams to drive innovation and redefine the organization’s mortgage business. As the face of the organization’s underwriting group, I assess, identify, and value risks to mitigate Freddie Mac’s exposure and liability. In my previous role, I led a cross-divisional project to redesign a model governance framework that scaled compliance initiatives across the business.
