Currently I work within the music industry, I hold the position of CEO within the music label, T-Rel Music. Alongside my role as Creative Director, my responsibilities extend to shaping the strategic direction of the label, overseeing its day-to-day operations, and fostering collaborations with artists and music services for successful promotions and label growth.

Planning, developing, coordinating and supervising all works related to the visual creation process in a music label. I work with artists and music streaming platforms.

The program aimed to provide business support for women from Krakow and the surrounding areas who are either considering starting their own business or have been running a business for no more than two years, helping them achieve their goals. The 1:1 mentoring format allowed for the content and process to be tailored to the individual needs of the Mentee.
