Being the first escalation line at severe quality concerns with all OEMs customers.Coaching and coordinating deployment of quality tools and methodology across all sites. Being a trainer in various fields, among others QRQC and PDCA methodology.Key achievements:Managing merger between FTE (size: €500M in sales, 7 production sites, 1 development center) and Valeo, sucessfully integrating team and methodologies with no impact on operations.Improving cost of non quality by implementing robust action plans, e.g.: jail reduction in 12 moths for top 5 sites: from €119K to €267; scrap reduction program in top 5 sites 16% improvement.Working closely on complex 0km and warranty analysis using logical thinking methods, several warranty crises avoided within 3 year warranty period for the amount of €40M .

Responsibilities: Coordinating project quality activities (e.g. cost) through each project phase to achieve customer milestones. Representing the customer in Valeo and managing customer’s communication and escalation of internal and external processes. Deploying project quality tools and customer specific requirements among all the team.Key Achievements:Successful managment and coordination of 24 projects at diffrent project phase with no delay on customer SOP and no red launch.

Responsible for a small Product Line with few products focusing mainly on Electric Supercharger for 48V and 12V. Novelty with first World SOP. Responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our customers like Audi, VW, JLR and putting all necessary efforts to gain the trust of new ones. Directly managing the quality team located in Poland (P1 Projects and Productions and Prototypes), France (P2 and P1 projects), the United Kingdom (P1 Projects and Prototypes), Korea (Customer interface) and China (Customer interface and Prototypes).

Responsibilities:Responsible for a small Product Line with a few products focusing mainly on Electric Supercharger for 48V and 12V. Maintaining positive relationship with customers like Audi, VW, JLR and putting necessary efforts to gain trust of new ones. Key achievements:New business with Electric Supercharger for JLR nomination.

Responsibilities:Leading project from concept phase (P3) to SOP in 3 years for the first ever electric turbocharger on the world’s market. Enduring time pressure, meeting customer milestones, keeping project cost at budgeted level, meeting quality and efficiency tests and most of all being a leader keeping great communication between multi sites team.Key Achievements:In 2016 Electric Supercharger (with SOP in Q1 2015) developed by the team lead by me won the Automotive News PACE (Premier Automotive Suppliers' Contribution to Excellence) Award.

Responsible for final customers such as Ford, GM, KIA, Stam Sanat with 7 opened projects in different phases of development. Developing starter, both conventional and stop & start for gasoline and diesel engine applications. Successful development of the first ever light starter (less than 2kg of weight) on the market

Responsible for APU consisting of 3 final assembly lines and 25 sub assembly lines with a total number of 367 indirect employees and 282 machines. Directly managing 31 engineers. 12K pcs of daily finished goods’ production volume.

Responsible for 3 final assembly lines and 25 sub assembly lines with 9 direct Quality engineers and technicians and indirect 28 line quality experts. Building and maintaining quality deployment plans like “Stop Scraps”, “0 rework” and “Stop at the fist defect” were my duties. Responsible for all production quality KPIs.
