- Create/modify 50 stored procedures to fetch data and export reports for 5 major bank services: Card, Lending, Tide, Casa, Trade Finance to ensure smooth operation for business departments- Build data dictionary for 20 frequently-used reports for Card service, upgrading towards dictionary for the whole card core system (SmartVista)- Perform data mapping and analyze/dev/test procedures for the Card-Core Conversion project => successfully convert 5 procedures within the period of 2 months, bringing the new system into operation since May 2024

- Track the revenue-cost data to ensure positive business performance => Result: annual revenue exceed target at 101.6%(~$850,000) despite the COVID-19 pandemic and unforeseeable political instability in several markets (Tanzania, Myanmar,...)- Prepare concise report on monthly sales for Head of Department, quarterly & annual report for General Manager- Plan annual sales target based on clients' demand analysis & prior year's data; modify monthly/quarterly target accordingly to fulfill the annual target

- Prepare concise report on monthly revenue data for Deputy General Director - Determine ad-booking Price quote, tailoring for each sport tournament and based on clients' demand analysis- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and tailor suitable ads product- Coordinate with broadcast stations to ensure that booking data does not exceed the negotiated ad durations
