Current• Supervise a specialized accounting group ensuring timely and accurate product delivery.• Help to enhance the productivity of the unit by identifying opportunities to increase output/capacity through workflow improvements.• Assist team development by providing guidance and training to less experienced Team members, setting their goals and monitoring performance.• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of net asset value (NAV) by the team of 6 employees• Support multiple projects that included analyzing data, testing implementations and new system functionality
