• Developed a robust tender and contract process for WVUK, including tools and training, that could also be utilised by the wider World Vision Partnership. • Developed associated training and capacity building packages for WVUK and staff across a number of other World Vision entities.• Project managing all tender opportunities for WVUK, from inception to submission, including ensuring robust Go/ No Go, stage gating and sign off processes in place.• Working with other WVUK teams, World Vision offices and a range of partners to ensure all stakeholders understand the requirements, providing support in delivering specific inputs, to produce high quality proposal submissions that respond to the external requirements of the client and the individual entities identified risk factors. • Leading on all elements of the contractual engagement and negotiations with clients and sub-contractors on successful contracts, including contract amendments. • Supporting the management team in ensuring delivery against contractual obligations.• Working with the World Vision Partnership to develop an overarching strategy and structure to enable offices across the Partnership to engage in commercial contracts within clear and supportive parameters.
